Cancellation Policy
Discussion Services:
- Non-Cancellable: Once booked, our discussion services (consultations, strategy sessions) are non-cancellable.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least one working day in advance.
- Offline Bookings: Offline bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment before the end of the day (EoD). If payment is not received, your booking will be canceled.
Digital Products & Operational Services:
- Cancellable: You can cancel your purchase of digital products or operational services at any time before they are delivered or initiated.
Booking Policy:
- Advance Booking: To secure a slot for discussion services, please book at least one working day in advance.
- Same-Day Rescheduling: We do not allow rescheduling on the same day as your appointment.
